Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues with a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.

14-day withdrawal period in the EU
If merchandise is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any specific reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and checked the return, and whether or not the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, it will automatically be made to the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take a while for the bank or credit card company to process the return so that it appears on your account.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense (the customer is responsible for the return costs) unless the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery.

14 Day Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal that applies from the day you have received an item that you have ordered.

When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you regret it. The message should be sent to us at naturligtexotisk@gmail.com. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to should be clearly stated.
You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the legislated 14 days after the notice of withdrawal.

If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the item being returned being of lesser value, we are entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the item from the amount to be refunded. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You will be responsible for the return costs when you return the item.
